Our Story
NIMO was founded as a family-owned startup in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a desire to bring something more personal to the computer industry.
We saw an opportunity to build a technology brand that placed customers at the center of the experience.
Rather than treating computers as simply another product, we wanted to create devices backed by thoughtful design, reliable performance, responsive support, and genuine attention to the people who use them.
What began as a small vision has grown into a U.S.-based technology company serving customers with an expanding ecosystem of computing products.
Built in the United States
Our journey has continued in New Castle, Delaware, where we are expanding our U.S. operations and assembly capabilities.
A significant portion of our product assembly already takes place in the United States, and we are working toward establishing a more complete PC production line domestically.
Our long-term vision is to become a leading American-made PC brand while contributing to the resurgence of domestic manufacturing.

To help ensure world-class manufacturing standards, NIMO products are produced by LUXSHARE, a Fortune Global 500 company known for manufacturing products including MacBook and Apple Watch.
Our devices are then final assembled in the United States.
This combination allows us to bring together advanced manufacturing capabilities with our commitment to U.S.-based operations and customer support.

Our current store experience includes a two-year warranty, a 90-day return period, U.S. local repair service, free U.S. shipping, and access to local experts.
