At LOOV, we believe that some of the best nourishment comes from nature itself.
Born in Estonia in 2008, LOOV was created with a simple mission: to bring the unique flavors and natural goodness of Nordic forests to people around the world. From wild berries and freeze-dried fruits to organic superfood powders, we create simple, wholesome products that make it easier to bring the power of nature into everyday life.
Our Story
LOOV began with two friends, Kristjan and Ahto, who shared a passion for natural food and the unique gifts of Nordic nature.
In 2008, they created an organic mulled wine using wild blackcurrants and blueberries for a Christmas market in Tallinn. The response was extraordinary, and that experience inspired them to build a company around the remarkable berries and plants found in the Nordic region.
What started with a traditional drink evolved into a growing collection of organic superfoods designed to share the nourishment of Nordic forests with the world.
Today, LOOV continues to be guided by the same principles that inspired us from the beginning: natural ingredients, exceptional quality, simplicity, and respect for nature.
The Power of Nordic Nature
Northern Europe is home to vast forests, clean waters, long summer days, and unique growing conditions.
LOOV sources many of its organic wild berries from certified organic forests in Finland and Sweden. The Nordic climate and long hours of summer daylight create distinctive growing conditions for wild berries such as bilberries, blackcurrants, lingonberries, raspberries, and cranberries.
We believe these natural ingredients deserve to be treated with care.
That's why we work to keep our products as close to their original form as possible while making them convenient for modern life.

To help preserve the natural qualities of our berries and fruits, LOOV uses freeze-drying technology for many of our products.
This process removes moisture while helping retain the fruit's natural flavor, color, and nutritional properties. The result is a lightweight, convenient ingredient that can easily become part of smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, baking, drinks, snacks, and everyday recipes.
