Our Story
Hairbrella was born from a personal frustration that founder Tracey Pickett experienced throughout her life.
Growing up in Atlanta, Tracey watched women leave hair salons only to be caught in unexpected rain showers, scrambling for umbrellas, plastic bags, or anything available to protect their hairstyles. As she advanced through college, law school, and eventually a corporate career, she realized that this challenge affected women from all walks of life. Despite searching for a solution that combined fashion and functionality, she couldn't find one. So she decided to create it herself.
After years of research, testing, and countless prototypes, Hairbrella was launched to provide a stylish alternative to traditional rain protection. What began as one woman's determination to solve a common problem has grown into a globally recognized brand serving customers who refuse to let the weather dictate their confidence.
